The album was initially supposed to be released on August 25th, but because of this CD cover, it won’t be dropping until September 15th… which you might remember made him quite frustrated. I truly love Kid Cudi as a great songmaker, his melodies are fresh and bouncy. He explores the strange kid in us with all the swag we expect from a rapper and he constantly pushes the boundaries of hip hop allowing us to accept his spacey ways but with more finesse than my all time favorite, Kanye West. The complex mag has a ghoulish chilling theme that is softened by the funky vibrant colors and bold outlines. Video of the artist who worked on the cover at Complex

I am definitely feeling this track. As a fan of Cudi I thought he was a much stronger singer than rapper. As surprising as it may seem this is the first song I have heard from him where he is really demonstrating he can really rap. I love all his music but this wordplay and melody roll off the tongue with such ease, Yummy…give me more Kid.
